Released for preview this morning, Supreme X COMMES des GARCONS SHIRT have come together once again to release a limited very wanted run of clothing and accessories. This collaboration normally happens once a season for Supreme and it typically involves a Vans release as well. Get ready Thursday March 13th for the online release as well as in-store releases at Supreme and Dover Street Market Locations. These items will not last long.
“The lineup is unified by COMMES des GARCONS’ trademark polka dot patterns and fine stripes in red and black. Appearing over a range of garments including bomber jackets, caps and shirts, as well as a range of headwear. On top of this is a printed graphic tee and a bomber with a motif featuring NYC skateboarder Harold Hunter.”-Highsnobiety
Supreme has also made a donation towards the Harold Hunter Foundation. “Harold Hunter was an iconic and legendary NYC skateboarder who came from nothing and had the opportunity to see the world because of his skateboard. He had limitless potential, but died tragically in 2006. Skateboarding enriched Harold’s life, providing him with unseen opportunities to experience the world in a way that kids from his background rarely do. The Harold Hunter Foundation (HHF), formed in Harold’s memory in 2007, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, grassroots, skateboard community-based organization that provides support, opportunity, and advocacy for skateboarders in NYC and beyond so they can reach their full potential as skateboarders and as people. Our goal is to harness the power of skateboarding to transform lives.” – Harold Hunter Foundation
